Reporting a bug
Three things make a bug report fixable instead of a mystery:
- which browser and which device
- a screenshot of what you got, if it is a rendering problem
- the settings you had on, or just the text you pasted if it only happens with that text
Rendering bugs are nearly always reproducible with a specific combination of font, script and realism, so the more of that you can include the better.
Requesting a handwriting style or script
Several of the scripts on the site are there because somebody asked. Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Greek and Georgian are the current gaps. If you need one of those, or a specific handwriting style, say so. Name the font if you know it, since that saves a lot of searching.

The FAQ and the how-to-use guide between them cover exports, privacy, print settings and the thing about the language filter not translating anything, which is the most common question by a wide margin.
What gets seen
If you email about a rendering problem you may want to include the text that triggered it. You do not have to. Outside of that, nothing you type into the converter is visible to anyone, because it never leaves your browser. See the privacy policy.
